"I didn't like corporate's growth strategies. I felt as though money was wasted on things that were not contributing to future growth. Upper management was very unethical when it came to compensating employees."

"Take care of your employees who are reaching goals and working to promote serious growth for the company. These people are an extremely valuable asset to company success. I feel that a little more empowerment for store management could go a long way for customer retention."
