"I’ve worked for Foster Farms since January of 2019. It’s a great company that showed me and taught me the skills I know, like forklift and high stacker operation. It’s a great opportunity to learn and grow your skills and a better person and a better worker."

"I've worked for Foster Farms for a little over 4 years now and it's tough to sum up the pros and cons. They pay well for the area (in IT), have plenty of enjoyable people, and the work can be very rewarding. However, they are very behind the times in pretty much every aspect. Late adopters for software or methodologies, not a very flexible schedule, working from home is an option IF you have a very good reason, and they do not make changes based on employee input."

"Overall, a great company with great people. A strong sense of family is still very evident across the entire organization. They take tremendous pride in delivering a great product and make strides to foster their employees and provide long-term careers.Unfortunately, poor management has been responsible for loss talent. It's sad when employees can no longer trust managers who carry out unwarranted directives. Even more sad that employees can no longer trust Human Resource personnel."
