"I’ve worked for Forward Air for almost 3 years! It’s a Great company with opportunities and stocks available. I’ve been able to learn a lot! Starting on the forklift to learning the ins and outs of dispatch and inventory! They offer great training and the people I work with are amazing! Forward Air is a huge company and still growing. I’ve seen Forward Air promote from within! Giving the opportunity for a few forklift operators to become supervisor and they’re doing a great job at it... Feels good to work for Forward Air Inc. The job security is second to none! The operations manager is running our location (The biggest HUB) very smoothly! Since he’s come in he has made a lot of changes for the good! And the operations are running better than ever. I truly am proud to be a Forward Air employee."

"They should be a real estate company. They are only concerned with drive-up appeal (appearance) and are not concerned with reality. There is a commitment to appearance, not excellence. It is a blame oriented culture where many employees are intimidated."
