FORUM Credit Union Employee

"The company promotes from within, however, this often leads to promotions of inexperienced candidates into lower management positions. As a result, members of lower management often do not have a clear understanding of how to approach or handle workplace confidentiality and conflict resolution. Members of lower management struggle in the areas of discovering and then utilizing the way employees work best. The lack of integrity and inexperience with employee engagement and conflict resolution is reflected in the culture. It is a culture that, unfortunately, does not allow for diversity of work style or patterns of thinking. Conformity to that culture, once established, is honored through development and growth opportunities, recognition and bonuses. The CEO does care about employees and displays this by being approachable and transparent."
