"I've worked for Fortech since November of 2013.The employee turnover rate here is atrocious. Of the six current developers, only one has been there for over a year, and none have been there more than two. The place feels like a holding pen for developers in between jobs.The pay and benefits are insultingly low. The CEO is ignorant, arrogant, cheap and aggressive, and harasses project managers beyond their ability to maintain control over their teams. The computers are very poor, very cheap."

"Developers will need to ramp up their game at this company. Management loves to compare every developer to one another in hopes they can pressure developers to do their best. It does not work usually that way, and the turn-over ends up being high because of this."
