"Not much. However, sometimes the travel can be a little extreme but then again, who doesn't like to travel"

"The chance to help in affecting the lives of others in a way that really mattered. For me, being in the surgical event was exciting and educational."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't get hurt on the job or you may find yourself with out a job if you become disabled."

What don't you like about working at ForTec?

"Long hours, extreme travel, and often very early hours following late nights. Being on-call 5 days a week."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would say that being considered a part time employee even though you work 50 - 60 hours a week leads to the feeling of not really being considered just another body to use up.More training and on-going training makes them open possible problems and less than good results in surgery"
