"Don't get hurt on the job or you may find yourself with out a job if you become disabled."

"Long hours, extreme travel, and often very early hours following late nights. Being on-call 5 days a week."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would say that being considered a part time employee even though you work 50 - 60 hours a week leads to the feeling of not really being considered just another body to use up.More training and on-going training makes them open possible problems and less than good results in surgery"

"working with hospital staff in formulating lease agreement per surgical procedure"

"Inadequately trained surgical technicians. Required only some high school and ability to drive a truck."
