"I liked helping with the Visual Merchandise. the group I worked with was a great group. Just the benefits needed some work."

"Keep everyone from gossiping and making sure all sales associates were helping customers more. Not helping random customers."

"Don't interview here. You'll be severly underpaid and overworked. And they expect you to take it all with a smile."

What don't you like about working at Forever 21?

"Everything. The list is long...The company is privately owned and Koreans are cheap. You are expected to come out of pocket if you want certain things in your store- they just recently started sending hand soap for the bathrooms.They work you to death literally. Don't help open a new store, you'll never see a break in your 18 hours there. Also, if anyone- receptionist, janitors, or buyers- from corporate come into your store they expect to be treated like royalty, make sure you do or you will get fired. The company is seriously dysfunctional. They also talk about how fashion forward they are, when in truth they just rip everyone else off- they are blatant about it and make us say its designer-inspired. Then in a memo they will tell you exactly who we ripped off and everyone laughs about it. The clothes and merchandise are priced to sell because if they hang around on a hanger too long they fall apart. Their no cash back policy helps keeps the money in owners pockets and holds little regard for the customer."

"Keep your mouth shut. And don't breathe unless given permission."

"I was a full time student at the time, and work hours were very flexible, they accomodated my school schedule"
