"I've worked at FordPass for a year and a half. The good things about them are that they love to teach new things to less experienced developers. I've learned so much from them. The bad is that after a while, the work becomes tedious and monotonous. It doesn't help that they practice paired programming. Coding with someone with two screens and one keyboard becomes exhausting. Still, great place to learn and hone your skills, but without room for professional growth."
