"What I did not like about working with footlocker is that it was a low paying job and I couldn't see myself progressing or growing with that company."

"My suggestions for management is that they need employees that is well to work and not play all day and get there jobs done. I would also like to say that the manager needs to be a manager and not a friend."

"Spend more time coaching and training the associates and assistant managers so that the manager doesn't end up working 70+ hours per week."
