"unlimited Fries and certain drinks can be annoying when customers take advantage of it."

"Able to add gratuity into large parties so the parties/ groups don't take advantage of us."

"It's an ok job if you're just getting through school but there's no career in it."

"The management was overly concerned with meeting their own goals. They did not encourage or motivate their employees and took no person interest in them."

"I would take more of an interest in my employees lives rather than just meeting numbers."

"I like money lots and lots of money. I want the pie in the sky."

"dont go unless you really need a job but really why else be there"
What do you like about working at Movie Tavern?
"I am appalled by the horrendous pay they give us food servers. Do you know what it is like to get paid $5.25 an hour and rely on tips that might not be less then $35 because of the 1.5% of hole sale tips that are divided upon 22-30 Food servers."

"I'm a part time food server or food runner as they call us. If you want to be a server, say that you will dedicate your life to this area of work. If you are a food runner, don't say you are looking for a part time job."
What don't you like about working at Movie Tavern?
"Pay sucks so bad that no one in the Hilliard area is stupid or desperate enough to work there. Further more, I and others hate the fact that this company is so wealthy and they choose to pay us every two weeks, while other companies larger and smaller tend two pay ever week."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Wages would increase by at least 25-30% due to the fact that the movie tavern industry has large sums of money. This is due to the fact that these people are more than wealthy and are selfish money hoarders. Food quality would be increased while dropping prices in order to sell more product"

"the flexibly hours and it is convenience for transport or bus."

"the employ are god friendly, respectful and teamwork all the time."

"Don't play favorites as much. Expect employees to work a second job."

"The other servers who I worked with are wonderful people and great at their jobs. They make the entire shift worth showing up for."

"DON'T DO IT! If you work there it will literally become the worst decision of your life!"
What don't you like about working at Lyndon City Line Diner?
"The owner is a terrible excuse for a human being, and treats his employees with disdain. Nothing is ever good enough and each server frequently gets reprimanded for situations out of their control. I would not even send my worst enemy to work in the conditions provided here. It is also a very unsafe work environment and work related injuries aren't tended to correctly. No workers comp. Lousy pay (people tend to leave awful tips). Horrible Attitude. Worst place I've ever worked!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS! Work on improving your attitude towards your coworkers and treating them with more kindness and respect. Also the kitchen and walk in's are disgusting and do not follow health code regulations at all."
