"I've worked with Focus for over a year and it was a great place to learn customer service but the ability to move up and grow is very slim. They were flexible with me going with school and being able to let me work around that. If someone is looking to get their foot in the door with customer service this is a place to start. They have you do lots of multi tasking while being on the phones as well so it will help you later on down the line and be able to bring that to your next employer."
