"Working at FNBIC for 20 months, I fulfilled my primary objectives of local employment (a community of < 1,000 residents), allowing me to get to better know the people and businesses in the community. The job had extremely limited growth potential, and prior experience was irrelevant, in that you are hired to a specific function and not encouraged to expand beyond that scope. I found it to be a very repressive environment, but loved the people I worked with and the community interaction."
