"Top management should look into the matter of fairness of judgement and hear from the employee leaving company to find any misconduct by supervisor's personal influence against company interest. I was rated very very goo in previous project but was laid off in next project while there are incapable contract employees a lot."

"After returning from an audit assignment to Australia I was assigned to back to back audits to SaudI Arabia and Canada. I asked to have another Senior take one assignment so I could be home with family. My travel was over 60% the highest in our department. This was due to the company wanting the best on their international audits. Two other Seniors where unassigned at that time but I was told no other Seniors were available for the audits."
