"I've worked for Fluid Metering since I graduated college, and recently the management has been lacking. There have been 5 different managers of the Engineering department in the past 5 years. The current management has been hands off and mostly non-existent, which makes it frustrating when they decide to be present and make different decisions than the engineers on the task. Overall, the work itself can be interesting, and the resources to do tasks are made available, but the lack of qualified and experienced management is difficult to handle."
