Fluence Employee

"Great training program for new associates and seniors, most managers are invested in sharing knowledge and helping out. A lot of learning opportunities. Company tries to have work-life balance, even accounting for tax season hours. Some innovations are questionable, but done with best intentions. Staff is listened to by the managing principals. This is a great place to work."
