In the 9 years of reviews, I received nothing but above average to superior reviews....yet I was only to receive bonuses on 3 occasions due to "cost over-runs" by 'my department'. These same cost over-runs did not have any impact on the VP or Director's stock bonuses each and every quarter. Salary increases are strictly by the dictated percentage each year unless you are based in Holland and have the ear of a Dutch director or VP (of course)."
