"Ive worked for Flowers Baking Co San Antonio for quite some time now and my overall experience is mixed. It is a very performance based job, with not much training provided. Half of my time with the company, I could not plan on being with the company until retirement. The most positive comment will be on the pay and benefits are competitive. There is room for development, but not many positions to offer this development to a handful of people. I am ready for the next step in my career, but fall stuck in my current position."
