4.9 This was a most mind-expansive learning -- growth and development, experience. The overall quality of faculty is nothing short of par excellence. My chief professor, main academic advisor, and Dissertation Committee Chair originates from France. Another one of my professors comes from the Czech Republic with two doctorates. One in Space Architectural Design and the other in Human-Centered Design. One of my dissertation committee members, in fact, is an alumnus of the world-renowned Swiss Polytechnic Institute. Its two most renowned and famous graduates include Sir Albert Einstein and his astute wife, Mileva Einstein. I would recommend this institution of learning to anyone whom desires to be challenged mentally, cognitively, and intellectually. On a scale of -1-to-10, I rate the school -- notably without any reservation, at a perfect 10!

4.5 I have been working in Lab Support Services for approximately two years now. Though in this period my supervisor has been changed twice, all of them are very professional and exhibit good behavior. All my co-workers are also very co-operative. If there were anything for which any employees' working motivation got hampered then it was dealt effectively.

4 The university is a good university with decent opportunities for students to work on campus. The work environment is very good and I found my supervisor to be very good. The post of student technician is very good. It gives opportunity to not only learn various skills but also one can use their knowledge in the work environment for troubleshooting.

Florida Tech Overview

Florida Tech is located in Melbourne, Florida. The school was originally known as Brevard Engineering College, and was founded in 1958. Dr. Jerome P. Keuper founded the school so NASA technicians, scientists and engineers could have a local educational institution. Brevard Engineering College officially became Florida Institute of Technology (FIT) in 1966.

Florida Tech has graduated more than 37,000 students since its inception. The university's goal is to create professionals and leaders in psychology, aviation, engineering, the sciences and business. In 1972, Florida Tech launched a Maryland program at the request of the U.S. Navy. The school now has 10 off-campus Extended Studies sites in five states.
