"At the time I worked there my children were small and often were sick. I was given the opportunity to work at home and was never hassled about time out of the office. By this I was still able to complete all assignments on time."

"Do not let them negotiate you down from the salary you want. They will go to the minimum and tell you that when it's time for a raise they'll look at bringing you in line with what you're asking for. They won't."

"Review the pay scales as a lot of good people used it as a stepping stone and then left. They could have kept the knowledge on board and saved themselves money by not having to constantly hire and train and interfere with work flow."
