Florida Orthopaedic Institute Employee

"Florida Orthopaedic Institute is a terrible place to work. The work environment is very stressful and tense. Management does not care about their staff or the patients. Management does not ever deal with staff concerns or problems. Very low pay, no raises, rare bonuses, very difficult to get time off and poor benefits. Patients were frequently over charged and not given refunds. They are driven by greed and want to constantly expand, but cannot take care of current operating offices."
