"I've worked with Floor and Decor for the last 15 years and I have seen immense growth in the time I was there. Floor and Decor provides great value for customers in terms of pricing and selection. They also offer Pro, Design, and installation services. The company has a long runway for growth and has provided me with several opportunities to build my resume."
"I’ve worked for Floor & Decor for seven years, and has been in management since hired in 2014. The company is growing and has been successful from coast to coast with stores. They work with contractors and DIY customers, were they successfully sell remodeling flooring of all kinds. Providing design and project managing assistance. They are one stop shop for all contracting/remodeling warehouse."
"I worked with Floor and Decor from April 2018 to July 2018 as a Customer Service Agent. While there was drama amongst employees that I, personally, feel was not handled properly by management, most of the time problems were acknowledged and solved quickly. It was a fair paying wage for the work that had opportunities for pay raises and promotions, which is very nice to see. F&D was great about training videos, monthly store meetings, and other team-building exercises."
"The employee relationship is great with new and old employees, but the management relationship is terrible, even with the relationship within other managers."
"Floor and Decor is on the better end of the retail/sales industry. The pay is better than most of these retail companies also."
