"There is no outlet for my creativity. I do the same thing over and over, and my job necessitates I work within certain criteria. This, in turn, makes for a very un-motivational environment."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Put more emphasis on the employee, offer more hands-on for the employees with the company's products. Give better surroundings (i.e. offices, furniture), be in better communication from the top )CEO, executive staff) down."

"Not many chances to keep growing. It is an R&D section of the company whith young bosses and stuck in its good position... No risk, no glory."

"Friendly atmosphere. Make sure all your employees are happy with a long-term growing plan."
