What suggestions do you have for management?

"When you tell someone who decided to step down for a mgt position due to driving and also mgt issues with his staff, that you will work with them and give them another shot, please do so. They never gave me a second chance at management. I had one employee who had I was trying to get rid of, my boss fought me on it all the time, and then next thing you know I was being pulled on the carpet. So instead of going further in town Boston, I took a non-management position back on the Cape where I lived."
