"FlexSteel Pipe hired me at a time when most oilfield companies were laying people off. Their vision of the future was exciting. The more time I spent with the company, the more responsibilities were given to me. During My tenure, I was given the opportunity to supervise and develop structure and content to over a hundred computer-based training videos, as well as dozen upon dozens of written / illustrated manuals, field noted, service bulletins, safety alerts, and the like for just about every department within the company (FlexSteel) and its parent (Prime). My latest endeavor was to help determine how to collect millions of dollars of unpaid bills and to create a system whereby it would be difficult for this anomaly to happen again. My previous experience at other companies allowed me the ability to lend a hand to the design processes of new equipment, as well as its operations and marketing. I truly enjoyed my time with FlexSteel and am sorry this Covid-19 caused such a strain on the company that they had to release so many people from their workforce."
