"The management do what they have to do in crisis, they are not appreciate the smartness of the employee in perspective meter (as invention for example), but only imidiate profit results."

"Be prepared to hit the ground running, it is a very fast pace environment."

"Occasional unrealistic goals and lack of room to grow professionally and some of the management considers safety a secondary objective"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"All barriers, floor lines, and safety markings are yellow causing confusion at a glance for new employees. Color code the barriers and floor lines according to which program it is associated with and add black diagonal lines to safety items to help color blind individuals."
