"They give bad references if things don't work out. I would suggest avoiding this company if at all possible. 5 people have quit their IT department in the past year because of incompetent leadership. It has gotten to the point where they use recruiting agencies to find IT people because they are such a terrible employer. There is a revolving door of people because of their antiquated employment practices. I had to remove them from my resume because they were giving bad references even after I tried to leave on good terms. Don't work for this company unless you absolutely must. If you choose to work for them, negotiate your salary as high as possible. Their IT department is in dire need of people, and they will have no other option but to say yes."
"I was recruited from a company I spent 28 years all in the Quality, Quality Assurance and Food Safety related functions to a smaller company (Flavor Producers) to assist in growing their Quality and Food Safety programs and/or introduction on related programs not in place. After successfully introducing or improving on current programs company went through new ownership and I along with many others were victims of a Reduction in Force."
"I worked here since january of 2012. it started as a good company but never paid for how much hard work is involved, and it had no ability to move up in the company."
