They treated me well overall but it was progressively more clear that they could only offer career growth I was not interested in. "Lack of support from upper management. Lack of honesty from upper management."

"Understand that working for this employer creates a sink or swim environment. Will be highly stressful. You must be 100% confident in you abilities and skills."

"I really don't have any complaints about the company itself, although, per-diem would have been outstanding."

"Keep up the good work. If the employees are happy, the company will continue to be productive and grow."

"I suppose the fact that they were going through layoffs and not utilizing other money saving ideas that were brought up by management."

"I think many of us laid off would have appreciated a little more honesty up front about the financial status of the company. We had no idea that layoffs were coming."
