"Five9 itself is a great premise. The product has good potential. The problem lies only in the execution of the inability to move away from some faulty legacy platform elements. This in the end causes problems with enterprise clients and in turn causes a conundrum for the team as the interface with those high value clients.The workplace is acceptable but there are of course some pitfalls. The most obvious problems occur with being remote when communications become strained."
"Five9 is going through serious growing pains. It's gone from a great place to work and make a good income to a crank-it-out environment that gives favorite sales executives the prime leads and dishes the cold calls to the rest. There's no communication up the ladder to anyone who can make a change. It's sad. The investors want the company to go public so badly they've abandoned what made the company successful in the first place...SALES. Outages are a HUGE issue. BAD customer service."
