"If you want to be treated with respect, then do NOT work here. They want you running leads for them every day of the week, and really do not care about your work-life balance. I hardly had any time to spend with my family. If you take time off, then they start giving your leads to their favorites and playing games with your salary, because obviously the partner who handles the sale reps has nothing better to do with his time than jerk around reps trying to feed their families. This man has real control issues and mental imbalances. Another major issue they don't tell you is that you can sell someone the service and if that person defaults for some reason (could be years later), Five Star will make you pay for it as the rep! So you really never have the salary to count on there, even though you're giving them all your time. They also have a few long-time favorite reps who they are training to purposely lie on contracts and rip people off so they are paying a lot more than they think they will be. They have a lot of families in collections for this reason. Bad, do yourself a favor and run the other way."
