"As a sales person you must be able to connect with people quickly. It is a numbers game, the more quality contacts, the better the chances for success. The world of bank finance is still limited for small business, Five Point provides essential, albeit expensive, financing to business owners. Just like any sales career you must be able to believe in what you're selling."

"Employees need to be adaptable, change happens often. Some policies can be overly controlling for some account executives."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It is hard to say how I would do things differently. Though I do believe prioritizing focus on a handful of well thought out initiatives at a time, would have created better direction and team unity."
