The world of bank finance is still limited for small business, Five Point provides essential, albeit expensive, financing to business owners. Just like any sales career you must be able to believe in what you're selling."

"Employees need to be adaptable, change happens often. Some policies can be overly controlling for some account executives."

"It is hard to say how I would do things differently. Though I do believe prioritizing focus on a handful of well thought out initiatives at a time, would have created better direction and team unity."
