"I loved working at FIU, I only left to be a stay at home mom with my kids. My husband and I planned this until my daughter graduated from highschool. She just started college."

"It provides with the opportunity to work and attend campuses. As well as to gain hands on training with a variety of systems and software."

"The policies which can often make job more difficult than it needs to be. And the often laid back, or improper response of coworkers to a job/issue."

"Finds better ways to curtail the lackadaisical behavior of workers."

"I like the convenience, because since I finished my Bachelor's here I didn't have to drive all over town to get to work and school. I did it all in one place, and I like the atmosphere, as it is an academic environment."

What don't you like about working at Florida International University?

"I don't like that I have no benefits. I also don't like that I feel there is a lot of down time. This is a perk as well though because it allowed me time to study, but that's not what I'm looking for. I think the salary is fine for a student, but I am looking to moving into a professional environment now."
