I am working in the College of Business as a Research Assistant since October, 2013. I really enjoy the work environment and also my co-workers. My Supervisor is very kind and polite to me as I do all the work he assigns me before or on time. I am happy with my job.

Equal pay for equal work. Micro-management towards managers and supervisor's especially when unnecessary raises are given based on personal interest verses employee recognition. Salary reviews of all mid-level and lower management; will help save a lot of money.
