"High quality and technically capable state-of-the-art production lines. You get the opportunity to work with extremely capable teams from engineering through manufacturing and finance. Senior management is very approachable."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be open and honest, the management team is very sharp and will want to get the correct employee for the position. If you are not right for the position, do not force it."

What don't you like about working at Fitesa?

"Some production facilities are poorly located from a geographical standpoint, which makes delivery logistics and costs to customers more difficult and expensive than competition."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Focus on the long term goals rather than monthly results. The materials produced by Fitesa are sold to customers under long term contractual arrangements. There will be monthly fluctuations in shipments."
