"Company owner had committed fraud at least one time that I can think of. He continual lies to employees or perhaps he is so vain he can't bring himself to be honest. What a joker. The CEO surrounds himself with yes men who are good people but caught up in a strange culture of backstabbing and corruption."

"BEWARE! They lure people in with great promises and a laid back atmosphere, but if you're trying to find a real career with the opportunity to move up into higher positions, look elsewhere. I wasted many years trying to help improve this company and make a difference, but they just kept kicking me down and making me feel worthless. They've mentioned many times that all of their employees are "replaceable." Well, I hope they found someone to replace me, because I am long gone and glad I left!"

The room for growth in the company as a developer is very small and they seem to be behind in development trends and implementing new techniques. The culture is the best part about the company. It is a laid-back, fun environment, and the only negative I have is the lack of career growth."
