What do you like about working at Fish Market?

"Top notch in provding the best seafood available and guaranteeing it. Also very focused on ensuring complete guest satisfaction aiming to exceed their expectations. I had a lot of autonomy and responsiblitiy and was able to self direct. I liked buidling the management teams and improving their skills and consistently improving our operation year after year."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Great place to work for in that the culture is very supportive and positive. You will be proud of the food served and service provided. The facilities are kept in top notch condition. Elevating in position with company is next to impossible as no one leaves voluntarily and no new restaurants will be opened."

What don't you like about working at Fish Market?

"Reporting to a CEO who was not good with people, not a good leader, lacked in vision and was very self serving."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would be more in touch with the employees and have a presence in the restaurants. I would lead by example. I would know operations. I would be prepared and on time for meetings. I would lead. I would have an open door and be honest team members. I would have vision and strive to implement that vision."
