"My experience was disappointing."

What do you like about working at FIS Global?

"Most of management encourages you to take on new challenges and make suggestions on how to improve procedures and processes."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be careful when you state that you liked to be challenged. This company doesn't seem to understand the difference between being challenged and being overworked."

What don't you like about working at FIS Global?

"No matter how much you stress to them that you cannot handle the extremely excessive workload, management continues to add more work and change deadlines at the last minute. Let's just say, it didn't matter how well I performed, nor the number of daunting hours I put in (worked through most lunch breaks, few restroom breaks and even working 3-5 hours each night from home), I would never be good enough in managements eyes for the little pay."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I was raised to work hard and you will reap the benefits. I was with this company for 5 years and was trying to do the work of two people, thinking the entire time I was being appreciated for all that I did and putting work before family. Instead of telling me how much they appreciated my high level in quality in the tasks that I was responsible for (their words not mine), I was told I did not know how to manage my time and made false accusations without verifying their facts. In the end, I was fired after I stressed my problems to three levels of management with no actions from them. All I wanted was for you to listen and maybe even offer to help. Now I'm without work and confused on what is good work ethics. Maybe I should have just worked the minimum number of hours and played dumb."
