From my initial interviews, to my introduction to my current on-site team, to my company standard trainings, I felt a deep connection to the the FSR team and our culture. The employees within our company have a profound love for our culture and principles, which I could tell they eat sleep and breath. My company standard trainings were conducted by one of our wonderful Training and Development Managers, whom not only made our training group feel excited and engaged in the training, but she also made us feel like family. In fact, I still keep in touch with members of that training, including Alia, even though we are all based from different FSR locations. Once I began my on-site duties the company culture and standards only continued to be shown.
