I saw a drastic change in leadership, which changed the culture of the company and ultimately lead to lowered morale amongst employees. I enjoyed the opportunity to help many of our residents and work with operations to make the company policies and procedures to benefit residents. The company is considered a start-up and they have the potential to grow with the right leadership."
