"First Methodist is a great church. The senior pastor and much of the staff are wonderful, dedicated people. Sadly, my immediate superior, the exec. pastor, was not a strong leader. He did not support me, when trying to carry out the objectives he set out for me. While I accomplished much there, I left last month, to pursue other opportunities."
