"I have worked for the company for a year now. There are pros and cons to working here. Hours are good and management at my location is very flexible with our scheduling which is fantastic! The company itself does not have all the proper tools set up for us to fully succeed at our job. This makes being competitive with local competition difficult. Upper management needs to listen more the the people working in the stores every day and understanding the markets they are in."
