"This company is run as a dictatorship. If you're not with the owner/CEO, you're against him. He is known to overpay his management team and gives them big titles. Through doing so, they get comfortable and eventually end up in a position that prevents them from growing, as well as leaving for a similar or equal role elsewhere. The rest of the general staff are handled similarly, but are in a much better situation, as they're typically either underpaid or (at best) given market rate."
