"My employees were a great team that would do almost anything asked of them."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I would not suggest anyone go there unless the director has left. There were several others that were laid off at the same time as myself. Two other managers and half of the HR department."

What don't you like about working at First Financial Bank?

"I am sure I was hired because I was pulling customers from them while at Associated and I was laid off shortly after my position at Associated was filled. My director had moving targets for policies and had a turnover problem with management under her."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Replace the director."
