"You must have a lot of patience, don't expect raises or advancement there is none, and you have to work with and make do with the supplies you have, you don't always have the things you need to give good quality care. The company care more about quantity than quality."

"I don't like the disorganization, the lack of supplies, the constant turn over of employees, the absence of answers to questions from administration and the CEO"
