"I think for some people working under the conditions of a small business owner is the norm. For some people it would work just fine. I however have been exposed to working with a start up company and was part of the growth and going public and saw how our founder lead us into great success. People need to be sure they are placed in the right position that will allow them to grow and flourish."
What don't you like about working at First Choice Dental Care?
"I am limited in what I can do to help grown the business and this can be frustrating because retention is huge to me."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Servant leadership is important and investing into your employees is a must. I strongly believe in reaping what you sow. If you employees feel like they are investing into the business they will produce the results."
