"I can't think of a thing."

"Maybe there's a little too much of it, sort of a too many chiefs and not enough Indians kind of thing. It seems when they are reducing staff, they keep all the higher salaried management types, and the lower-ranking personnel, the ones who do the actual work, are the ones who get cut from the team. There should be a better balance there."

"I didn't the attitude of most individuals in managment positions. They were very standoffish and believed that they were somehow better then people in a less important position"

"None. There were many phone conversations, in the past year, with local management which fell short on follow-up; lacked common courtesy (said would call on certain days and never did)."
