"Way under priced for market comparison during the time regarding salary/wages."

"Great atmosphere, management seemed to care about their employees, which I feel increased productivity. At least while the industry was doing well."

"I felt they were letting go of the wrong people while the real estate industry was having a hard time. We lost some really good talent."

"I felt that at times that management wanted to hear what the helpdesk had to say, but they weren't really listening. I would suggest they do a better job in that area, especially when they always wanted the departments opinions/suggestions, and sometimes demanded it."

"They needed to be more open minded about women in leadership"

"Get more involved with employees on a one on one basis"

What do you like about working at First American Title?
"Management was very approachable and kept me well informed of my progress. The insurance was the best I've ever had, the 401K is extremely flexible, and I was given tasks to keep me occupied between calls so I didn't suffer from the boredom that often comes with working in a call center."
What don't you like about working at First American Title?
"The building itself is a bit blah and the location is not at all friendly for those who bike or walk to work. There were days I just did not want to face the phones and deal with people who were already stressed out from trying to close a deal on a house."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Upgrade the kitchen. Put in a vending machine with actual meal choices, put in a bigger fridge, and provide more beverage choices. Aside from that, you're doing a great job."
