"I've worked for First American since 2009 and have been able to move up throughout the years. However, that growth stopped a couple of years ago because of no opportunity. This company seems to have little care of their employees besides those who fit their politics. Benefits are ok but need work. Compensation is below average in the Fort Worth area and employees are being lost to companies in the same industry paying average and above average salary for doing the same job."

"First American Title was very good about not micromanaging. They were quick to buy us lunch when super busy. They gave bonus money quite often. My supervisor was great about keeping all of the employees in good standing with each other. We were given lots of moral support. I really loved my job and this company!"
