"The constant sense of foreboding due to corporate management being disconnected. This created an environment where even on site management were nervous since even they were not being included in decisions regarding the company until after the decisions had been made."

"Tell corporate to pull their fingers out and give at least local management a heads up as to what is potentially happening in the local locations."
