"You get a different manager every year or less, which is detrimental to the employee. The managers don't know what you do, and they rely on the BSers.Higher education is not supported. Family/work life balance is not supported."

"Pay attention and get to know your employees (all of them, not just a few)."

"Not a start up mentality. Process before substance. Procedure overkill are signs of a broken management structure."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Less fragmentation of services and resources; more cohesive IT plan that is at minimum 40% of the annual company budget. Without that capital for IT FFIC will eventually need to be purchased by Allianz and resold in pieces."

"HORRIBLE ONGOING LAYOFFS have everyone sick -- you never know when they will hit (all the f-ing time, I am not kidding). Some of the leaders are terrible. They are so behond the times and focused on covering their butts/staying safe rather than admitting what they don't know and letting others do their best work."

"Simply: get a clue, there is so much BS and incompetency. The good ones leave."

"The employees were very lax in their work ethic and were very slow in completing their tasks, very unprofessional. There was to much gossiping every day for the first two hours of each day. Employees did not appear to work a full day and forget trying to get anything done on Friday."

"Upgrade their systems so that they are compatable company wide.Stop relying on Baine consultants who just walk around doing nothing and develop inhouse advisors who understand the company dynamics."
